GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's H&R Block customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~nuffsed: You can try these numbers: *-***-***-****, *-***-***-****, *-***-***-****. However, I could not get help at any number* all they can do is "escalate" the case and promise that someone will call me back. Supervisors are not empowered to do anything additional, and no one can*will provide the number of the person actually handling the case. I have been trying to resolve the problem for six months, and even though I sent in my files and everything else they asked,no one has ever called back. If you have problems,get a lawyer. Better yet, use another brand of software.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting H&R Block. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a H&R Block problem?
~nuffsed: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~nuffsed: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about H&R Block's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~nuffsed: For that I would say two out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other H&R Block customers?
~nuffsed: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for H&R Block to know who you are.
