GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's H&R Block customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~anonymous: I have used H&r Block for the past several years and this is the final straw. There is absolutely no communication between any and everyone employed by H&R Block. I called to make a complaint on the *st of May and was told my complaint would be resolved in * to ** days, it is now the **th and I'm still getting the same explanation. * to ** days and they will make a note on my account and someone from the escalation department should contact me shortly. I don't see how they are going to contact me when every time I call I've had to update my primary contact number. I will never use H&R Block ever again and I suggest no one else use it either. I spent a lot of money to get my taxes processed and to have it put on my bank card and they couldn't even help me when * months later after I filed I still hadn't received my taxes. Horrible company!

~anonymous: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~anonymous: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about H&R Block's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~anonymous: For that I would say five out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other H&R Block customers?
~anonymous: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for H&R Block to know who you are.
