~defrauded by HSBC: HSBC does not give their employees either their street address or telephone numbers of the executive offices or general counsel office, and if you DO get throught to the voice mail of an attorney listed ona federal document, they do not return your calls. It's easier just to file a small claims action and serve their local branch.
