~hsbc sucks: HSBC is a complete joke of a company when it comes to customer service.. Had an indian guy call me and blab on for ** minutes when i could literally understand about every **th word he said, and my name when he would say it at the end of each sentence lol.. After hanging up on him after ** minutes or so i tried calling a different number, after about * numbers i finally reached another foreigner that i could understand decently. Overall they are just a pain in the **** to deal with. Don't claim you have great customer service when in actuality its one of the worst ive ever dealt with....
