GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 11/29/17?
GetHuman-piltisfi: I spent ** years testing tablets and hundreds of other devices at Microsoft, Intel, and HP. I know the difference between static and an electrical circuit malfunction. There is a product defect in the HTC phone I had which is extremely dangerous to the user. These phones need to be recalled before people are killed by what happened to me. I've accumulated histories of this happening on other manufacturers' devices. I'm sure you don't want your phones to start causing horrible deaths. I'm trying to get HTC to listen to my story and look at this evidence. Nobody believes me. I'm talking with product defect attorneys and am filing a dangerous product report with Consumer and Corporate Affairs. Please make sure this message gets to the boardroom level. They need to know their phone is very likely to cause deaths.

GetHuman-piltisfi: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
GetHuman-piltisfi: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about HTC's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
GetHuman-piltisfi: For that I would say five out of five.

GetHuman-piltisfi: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for HTC to know who you are.
