~SALESemployee: I was able to reach customer service so QUICKLY!!! Amazing. I work in sales for a communications carrier and have had to call other manufacturers like Samsung, LG, etc. and this is by far the best customer service. They helped me file a warranty claim A.S.A.P. Now just have to wait...
