~Chip: Superior service here. I am an Android App developer. My app works fine on all devices except for complaints from a user about a specific configuration with a specific carrier. HTC answered the phone immediately and tried to help identify the problem since it was unique to their device. Awesome support!

~Chip: I'd give them a five out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

~Chip: For that I would say one out of five.
