~hatehaier: DO NOT BUY FROM HAIER!!! They are the worst company I have ever had to deal with. They do not care about their customers at all. No one in customer service knows what they are doing and all they do is lie to you. No one ever responses to my emails. No one ever calls me back when customer service tells you someone will. Their product failed to work right out of the box and getting a replacement has been a nightmare. ** phone calls and over a month of waiting and still no answers. At this point I don't want their product anymore and would rather a refund (which I am sure would be a whole other nightmare). This was my first purchase from Haier and it will be my last. Horrible products and horrible company. I will not quit until I have a working product or a refund!! Ref* *****
