~monica: I have made * phone calls each one promised a call back only * call back and then getting a voice message, while I am on the line waiting for someone to answer,the only thing iI could understand is that my three month old washer is not under warrenty. I could not understand anything else she said. Cutomer service is awful as the warrenty. Could have been a blank peice of paper for because that is how much they respect the own warrenty
