~bydand: I purchased Hamilton Beach's *-in-One slow cooker about *.* years ago. This is not an appliance I use every day or even once a month - I may have used it **-** times since I purchased it and it recently failed to heat up. I contacted Hamilton Beach Customer Service and they offered to replace the appliance for $**.** (incl shipping) - which is what it cost to replace new. Even Amazon offers the same slow cooker new for $**.** postage paid. Basically, I got no offer of remediation. I will never purchase from them again and do not recommend their inferior products.
