~jolia: very bad... so disappointed..i purchased blender more than **days but less that * months(use it **week)then the power cord is not working, wont turn on, i checked the outlet its working with other appliance..so i called and spoke with Diana and told me i have to mail the cord to them first then i get a replacement but i have to pay for the shipping....they must be kidding me!!! i told her i need it asap because i use for my * months child's food...then she said: that's it.. send it and pay the shipping and if i want my money back i have to go to the store of purchased... i was so mad, i understand store policy in the receipt say ** days of purchase....i hang up the phone because i was so dissapointed and i know she cant resolve this instead making me upset, then i called again hoping for a more help, i spoke with Julie and and pretty much confirmed of what Diana said... even told me "mam its only * dollars to send the cord to us and * dollars something to send you a new one" for me e
