~JFranklin: As a Hilton HHonors member I was very disappointment when walked into a Hampton Inn and ask if there wer any rooms. First it took the clerk about five minutes to acknowledge the fact that i was standing at the counter, as he was on the phone, and without even getting off the phone, he ask "what do want" and told they were ***% full. I went across the stree to Holiday Inn Express and was giving a room. I have been a member sine **** and this the first time this has happen

~JFranklin: I'd give them a five out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

~JFranklin: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Hilton HHonors's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~JFranklin: For that I would say three out of five.
