GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 11/28/17?
GetHuman-treyrobi: I am a diamond status member and i had a horrible stay lastnight numerous problems pre checkin with the app, at checkin with the digital key, then in room with amenities eg: coffee maker, internet that is piad for... The sink and the in room phone. Called diamond customer care only to be brushed off to the front desk AGAIN! I then sent an email * Hilton HHonors customer care and an hour later I have yet to be answered. help!
