~disappointed consumer: I had very high expectations of customer service for this Hotel Line, especially being a loyal diamond member. I had a problem with a website error and was unable to use some points I purchased. I requested a refund and was promised one. It has been almost a month and over a dozen calls with no resolution and different stories each time.
