~Roberto Maisonnave: I booked a party room and pool for my daughter B-day a week in advance. I paid a deposit in advance for "reserving" the place.*Once there it was another party, the employee gave me NO ANSWER or SOLUTION. The kids were coming and HOLIDAY INN was giving me no solution. I couldn't believe it, being a * years Priority Club Member I never thought Holiday Inn would have such UNPROFESSIONAL and CARELESS response. No Manager in place, neither answering phone call from the Concierge. No solution, No Apolgy. PRIORITY CLUB MEMBER *** *** ***
