GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Home Depot Credit customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~martha: CitiBank is the most abusive bank. They make it very difficult to pay, so they can charge all kind of late payments. Lost my card, and to pay you need the * digit code in the back. So, I had no choice of paying online. Going to the store delays the payment. They take forever to process a payment, so they squeeze all they want from you. Home Depot is a great store, but this bank is abusive to say the least.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Home Depot Credit. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Home Depot Credit problem?
~martha: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~martha: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Home Depot Credit's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~martha: For that I would say three out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Home Depot Credit customers?
~martha: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Home Depot Credit to know who you are.
GetHuman: Well there you have it. Some useful feedback and words from ~martha taken from his Home Depot Credit customer service problem that occurred on November 21st, 2017.
