GetHuman-432588: When I constantly get calls during the month, for a missed payment, and the next month's billing total amount due is included- due date is April *, ****, I do not like to be bullied or demanded that I pay the total amount due a full ** days prior when due , especially when I have taken advantage of your promotions* *% for two years. I do not like the harassment. I also want them to return my original credit card. I ordered a duplicate card on *********. I was told they would only send a replacement when my payments are caught up.. I went down to the North Hollywood Store (Lankershim*Sherman and spoke to the store manager) I hope and pray things will get resolved. NOT HAPPY.
