GetHuman-gwjames: My daughter purchased a Samsung washer from Home Depot on September *st. It was scheduled to be delivered on the *th and it was but damaged. Then told it would be delivered on the **th, it was even more damaged. I called Samsung and got the most rude "manager" or that's how he identified himself, Robert *****. This manager could not even tell me the name of the CEO OF Samsung and told me I could go to the web page.*The worst customer service I've experienced next to Comcast.
