GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 11/30/17?
GetHuman-kazisumo: I keep calling different home depots and NO ONE PICKS UP. When I get someone to pick up by choosing a a weird option like checking an online order, I ask them to connect me to the proper department for GARAGE SHUTTER INSTALLATION, and then they connect me to lines that are just DEAD ENDS! Either no one picks up at that extension or the "mail box is full." I must have wasted at least an hour on this with no useful information or help!

GetHuman-kazisumo: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
