~HotelsdotcomSux: Hotels.com will NOT help you if you have a problem with the hotel! I am*was a repeat customer with Hotels.com because I thought they would help if I ever had an issue with a hotel. WRONG! An hour after booking through them, the hotel wouldn't give me a room NOR my money back...and Hotels.com wouldn't help any (this was only an hour after booking through them!). Hotels.com wouldn't even let me speak to a manager!! WTF?!
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Hotels.com. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Hotels.com problem?
~HotelsdotcomSux: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~HotelsdotcomSux: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Hotels.com's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~HotelsdotcomSux: For that I would say five out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Hotels.com customers?
~HotelsdotcomSux: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Hotels.com to know who you are.
