~Frustrated: If you are here reading this, you probably already know how bad Hotels.com's foreign call center can be. I called on three occasions, and just couldn't verbally communicate well enough to solve my issue. That includes one attempt to talk to a supervisor, which ended when their call "transfer" disconnected me. I ended up calling the hotel directly to book because honestly, the hassle involved with Hotels.com isn't worth the small discount.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Hotels.com. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Hotels.com problem?
~Frustrated: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Frustrated: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Hotels.com's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Frustrated: For that I would say three out of five.
