GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Hotels.com customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
GetHuman-195967: When I called the hotel to comfirm the reservation, I was told that the reservation was for a different night than I picked. The hotel told me that websites do this often, because the deals are "non refundable" I had to call hotels.com, I was told that I could not change the date, and the date I wanted was booked. After screaming at some poor indian guy and then his supervisor, I was able to change the date to when I was flying back into the airport a week later. It worked out in the long run, but you are forced to yell if you want to get what you want, and if I wasn't going to make another reservation the next week, I would have lost $***!
