~mich: cancelled service * mos ago* sent back equipment in box they sent and thought all was well until last Monday when $***.** was taken from chking acct. When I called, was told radio was missing. Have sent that part back and now am told that they will only return $***.** as the rest is held for Taxes*?*. Makes no sense. during calls to Brownsville office was told to get a ladder and climb on roof, *** yrs Here*. Have never had such poor quality from a co.from day ** bad modem etc. poor service from almost all employees, Victor, in Tx office really takes the cake... Will admit that Myra and Gabriella were great and promised that all NSF fees due to this will be repaid, but can anything be believed???? We'll see. Will be calling back to home office on Monday and will update

~mich: I'd give them a five out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~mich: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about HughesNet's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~mich: For that I would say five out of five.

~mich: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for HughesNet to know who you are.
