~not happy: I have called * time to try to cancel my policy. I have been told three times it was canceled and not to worry and the *th time that I would be called back, that was * days ago. Despite my "canceled" policy my credit card has still been charged and not reimbursed... very agravating since every time I call by the time I talk to someone and wait for them to "fix" it, it takes ** minutes or more on the phone.

~not happy: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~not happy: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Humana's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~not happy: For that I would say four out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Humana customers?
~not happy: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Humana to know who you are.
