GetHuman-381545: I*€*ve been to the LaPlata MD IHOP on * occasions. Each time I went, the place was understaffed and the service was below average to poor. Tonight I went and there wasn*€*t a hostess*host at the front for * minutes. The place was ** empty. When a hostess came, she told us we would have to wait *-** minutes instead of seating us at an empty table, bringing us drinks and letting us pleasantly wait for a waiter. You would make much more money with adequate and better trained staff. I will not try again at the LaPlata IHOP for another *mo to * yr. Management of this restaurant is POOR!
