~Masha: I have called Alitalia four times during the last * days to get a price for unaccompanied minors. They answer the phone and the service is ok, but never called me back to give me the price. These people that answered the phone couldn't give me more information other than sending requests over and over again to Palermo so the office can call me. I asked for a phone number in Palermo they don't have one. What happens if you need an answer immediately? Of course the website is not updated as the prices there are not accurate i'm being told. Who can I contact to get an answer? What kind of service is this? Today is my last day of waiting, if i don't hear back I will have to cancel the tickets and never ever will consider Alitalia in the future. I have been avoiding this airline company for many years, and will continue to do so if i don't hear back today. I need a price ASAP. ***-***-**** *Thank you
