~Grauzellen: On my booking I wrote an incorrect birthday. I called the service number and option * without success. It was very frustration. Then I tried option * (for travel agents) and only had to wait a few minutes before I had a very friendly person on the phone. She corrected the date immediately and sent me a corrected itinerary.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Icelandair. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Icelandair problem?
~Grauzellen: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

~Grauzellen: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Icelandair's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
