~Angry and Fed Up: First, complaints go to operators oversees, barely speak English and read canned responses. Second, no follow through, no way to reach a supervisor, they refuse to give a domestic phone number. Third, the reason for the call is the instahot Hot*. the plastic shatters because of the heat, it sputters and spurts and burns and blisters. When you call they immediately say they will send out replacement parts. Three weeks later, they say it was sent, they have no tracking number and it has taken over ** minutes so far to request that they resend or at the very least give me a US phone number where I can speak with someone who can actually do something. Never again will I buy a product made by this company. They build cheaply made, faulty products and don't stand behind them, they hide behind the skirts of young girls in the Phillipines.
