GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's JCP.com customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
GetHuman-347767: I ordered a bed and was told that I would be contacted between *-** days. I was never contacted. I contacted them to see about when my bed would be delivered. I was told it would arrive * days from the day that I called. I called the day before the day that they told me it would arrive and was told that they didn't know where it was or when to expect it. Primarily because they just hand it off to a trucking company and they are out of the picture from that point on. However they did charge my credit card right away then just dropped the ball. The customer service reps seemed to be doing the best they could with what they have to work with. The biggest problem seems to be in the poor overall system. It appears to me that they just got into the ecommerce biz yesterday even though I know they have been doing it for a while. Just haven't figured it out yet.

GetHuman-347767: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
GetHuman-347767: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about JCP.com's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
GetHuman-347767: For that I would say three out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other JCP.com customers?
GetHuman-347767: Try to deal with them early in the day or later. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for JCP.com to know who you are.
