~debfunches: I wanted to write a review on "Karen" in the shoe department at the Vancouver Washington tech center store (off Millplain). I went in on Labor Day with my daughter to buy shoes. I was annoyed and irratated that on such a busy day... There was only one person working in the shoe department. Karen made my feeling of frustration turn into feeling impressed by her level of service. There were about * people behind me waiting and she was helping one person in front of me, with a very complicated transaction. In a situation where most people would crack... She remained calm, and composed. She patiently but briskly helped each customer and did all she could to get each person what they needed. I had to ask her to get about * different shoes... Each time she happily retrieved the shoe I asked for, and didn't make me feel like a burden. I have very high retail expectations... I have worked in retail my whole working career and currently own a jewelry design*wholesale jewelry distributio
