~akramer: I ordered a chair on jcp.com. I was told it would take a month before it even shipped. Then when I finally got a call to schedule the delivery, they said they couldn't deliver it for * more weeks! Their reason: No one comes out here very often...I live in Washington, DC... If they knew it was going to take * weeks to deliver, why didn't they call * weeks ago to schedule it?

~akramer: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~akramer: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about JCP.com's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~akramer: For that I would say five out of five.
