~tole fu : I put in a request for a withdrawal and had to call them back to check on the status. I went on vacation* they sent an e-mail but my out of office was on. So a week go's by with no call, so i decided to call them and they tell me they sent me an e-mail. I told the lady i was on vacation so there was no way i would have receive the e-mail. Why didn't someone call me??? they had no answer except for someone sent me an e-mail. So this pushed my process back a few more weeks. i could go on with the custmer service at JP morgan, but give them a call your find out yourself.
