~woof: in fairness, the man admitted to being weak on compu-link from the start. we pretty much wasted ** or so minutes before we decided to have someone more versed in it call me at another time. (it is the weekend) the guy gave it the old college try, but he probably should have simply told me to call monday when someone versed in compu-link issues was there.
