~Rosalie Tratnik: I own a **** Jeep wrangler and was called today at *:** MST regarding a "service call" but wasn't given enough time to find out what it was about. My husband Norris tratnik wasn't home at the time & the caller said she'd call on Monday. Which vehicle was this call about? We live in Diamondville, Wyoming. Please respond! the phone * calling us was: ***-****.

~Rosalie Tratnik: I'd give them a five out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

~Rosalie Tratnik: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Jeep's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Rosalie Tratnik: For that I would say three out of five.
