GetHuman-349155: The general response is "no information". I've about at the end of my patients level. JCP&L Corp.is doing a **** poor job in communicating with their support group as well as it's customers. This is really grounds for class action suit against this company. With all the complaints we hear daily online and on the radio it's any wonder how any work is getting done. I can go on forever becuase of my frustrations. Even more so when you see them working on a traffic light at a mall, instead of fixing the community. Honestly I can see how riots begin, even with level headed people. There are crazies out there who take the lack of response personal. I fear that one day the safety of the crews could get compromised one day becuase Big Business Bureaucracy.
