GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's JetBlue customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~GJMSong: NO ONE EVER RESPONDED.*Rec'd JetBlue email saying TSA now requires that profile information must match *exactly* our photo i.d.'s. I rarely use my middle name (Jane), so I went on line to add it, since it is on my D*L and passport. There you can 'easily' change anything EXCEPT your name. A popup said to phone for that* I did. And waited many minutes for an agent, who said I needed to talk with JB's True Blue dept. for name change, and I was transferred. That was about *:**PM. *** minutes later --by *:** PM -- NO ONE ever picked up. During that entire time, I was forced to listen to annoying music and canned messages saying every so often that my "expected wait time" was **, **, **, **, **, **, **, **, **, ** minutes. Probably the worst waiting experience ever, especially in that it resulted in nothing done.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting JetBlue. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a JetBlue problem?
~GJMSong: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~GJMSong: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about JetBlue's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~GJMSong: For that I would say three out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other JetBlue customers?
~GJMSong: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for JetBlue to know who you are.
