~Fed Up: I'm ready to give up on kaiser, you can't ever reach a person unless you go thru the option to set up an appointment. In our case we travel and cannot use our so-cal. cards for anywhere but so-cal. When I make a phone call I'd much rather talk to a human being than deal with a machine recording. This company doesn't care for their patients obviously or they'd have better communication services.
