GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 11/22/17?
GetHuman-xocalei: I'm just emailing you to let you know about the horrible costumer experience I had lastnight while at your monroeville location. I was picking up a ring that my sister and I had bought our mother for Christmas. All I had asked was if I was able to pick it up beings it was in my sisters name that's it. The women helping me didn't know the answer so she had asked the women next to her named lori who had also been helping a costumer at that exact moment. All she had to tell me was I'm sorry you have to be the person who purchased the ring and have the yellow receipt. Instead she was so rude with an attitude basically saying she can't help me at all and there's nothing she can do about it beings I'm not the one who purchased in infront of everyone in the store it's one thing to tell me nicely that I can't be the person to pick it up but to have such a horrible attitude infront of everyone and the costumer she was also dealing with is horrible. I've shopped at Kay forever especially that location I will never come back there!
