~"WHAT": A item was STOCKED in the wrong place with the wrong price. Got laughed at and insulted. I was also told it COULDN'T be there staff. It was the customers and was told to go for a walk around the store. It's just so crazy * things next to the item that I want was the same band of items. What really pissed me of the most is when they called a manger she can around the corner and *st thing out her mouth was "WHAT"

GetHuman: And what about Kmart's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~"WHAT": For that I would say two out of five.
