GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 11/23/17?
GetHuman-khaos21: pharmacist after i have been filling my prescription there for years recently started being very judgemental and dehumanizing me with the way he speaks to me and communicates small things such as me calling in a refill without knowing any of my background medical history, he sees the medication i am prescribed and makes assumptions as if he is the prescribing physician. Its very emberassing and degrading makes me feel like i am on trial as a criminal rather then a customer that is there for help and to conduct a business transaction.

GetHuman-khaos21: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
GetHuman-khaos21: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Kmart's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
GetHuman-khaos21: For that I would say two out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Kmart customers?
