~Lisa Higgins: They did not help me at all, they had me tell them my complain, then gave me another number to call after waiting, called that number, got hung up on twice after calling and being on hold forever, called back and held on for another long time until someone answered and told me to call back the next day because she couldn't help me. Unreal and very terrible service.

~Lisa Higgins: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

~Lisa Higgins: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Kohl's's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Lisa Higgins: For that I would say five out of five.
