~Lulumama: The person I spoke to me did not seem completely engaged with me. Perhaps she was texting or talking to someone else at the same time. Supposedly, Kohler stands behind their products* however, before she even asked me how old the product was, she indicated that it would not be covered under warranty. I was not and am not impressed. I probably will not ever purchase Kohler products again. I purchased Kohler because of their "replacement guarantee," which, apparently, does not exist. It's very nice stuff, though. I got my question answered, but it was very difficult, and I did not like the answer.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Kohler. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Kohler problem?
~Lulumama: I'd give them a five out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Lulumama: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Kohler's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Lulumama: For that I would say three out of five.

~Lulumama: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Kohler to know who you are.
