I misplaced my manual for the Konica Minolta ****MF, which had the correct support number in it, but after searching two days on Google, I couldn't locate the right department. I refined my search and GetHuman popped up. I used the number supplied and found the right people to solve the problem I was having. Great job GetHuman!
