~Fusion: Haven't actually gotten to a tech yet. Waited on hold for an hour and talked to someone that I thought was a tech who took down my info, then told me he was going to transfer me to a tech. After ** minutes of hold music it went to silence. I waited another ** minutes before I had to call back.
