GetHuman-16740: I just spoke to a female CSR at approximately **:** CST on ****. She was absolutely the rudest person I had ever dealt with. I explained that we just order an insert part and it was not working. She told me that it MUST BE that I don't understand the way it should be inserted. I told her that I had * people look at it, and no one could insert it. She offered no resolution and was extremely rude. I will NEVER purchase another LARSON DOOR AGAIN. The quality is terrible and the insert should have never come out in the beginning.
