~Life-Poof!: Bought directly from the company and received a defective unit. Tried * times waiting more than ** minutes for an answer and had to give up. Emailed them and it took them * days to respond, telling me to call them (!). I did, waited ** minutes this time and was told to wait for the calltaker that she had to "check with my higher up" to learn how to handle a return. She admitted she was new and did not know the process. Finally, I was told by a supervisor (add ** minutes to the call) that they would not pay the return shipping. Scam business.
