GetHuman-246341: Terrible customer service. Not looking to make customer happy that is for sure. Trying to exchange an iphone case for ipad case (at double the cost). First told yes and put on hold for ** mins then they hung up on me. I called back spoke to Simone and she said I could return case for $** restocking fee and purchase new ipad case. Then realized I was ** days past their return date (which was not stated on my packing list). Asked to speak to a manager put on hold again ** mins then hung up on again. Hello people I wanted to buy something!!! This is no way to run a business.
