~Lee Taylor: You have my email wrong and I can't contact you to change it. You have me as *****@***.com but I no longer work there, I have new info to input but have not been able to change the primary email address. Very frustrating! Lee Taylor

~Lee Taylor: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Lee Taylor: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about LinkedIn's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Lee Taylor: For that I would say one out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other LinkedIn customers?
~Lee Taylor: Try to deal with them early in the day or later. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for LinkedIn to know who you are.
