GetHuman-fredmhjr: your spell checking is not working correctly
GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 11/22/17?
GetHuman-fredmhjr: Linked in spell checking for the word efficiencies comes back not written correctly, yet Websters dictionary says it is correct, Microsoft Word says it's correct also. It appears your spell check is not using US English, you should fix this
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting LinkedIn. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a LinkedIn problem?
GetHuman-fredmhjr: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
GetHuman-fredmhjr: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about LinkedIn's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
GetHuman-fredmhjr: For that I would say two out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other LinkedIn customers?
GetHuman-fredmhjr: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for LinkedIn to know who you are.
