~VanKL: Hung-up on twice**Second rep did let me speak to a supervisor when I asked and hung up right after I requested his employee ID.**Escalation Team did take care of my RMA request, but did nothing about the horrible service.**Sent a email to ARM Customer Care Manager Anoop Mehta. Explained what transpired gave him a deadline to reply back and never heard anything from him.*According to BBB website he is the Customer Contact should there be any problems.**So I guess we should take it that Logitech condones this type of behavior by their support reps

~VanKL: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~VanKL: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Logitech's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~VanKL: For that I would say four out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Logitech customers?
~VanKL: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Logitech to know who you are.
